TTK Health Card:

Holding TTK Health Card does not assure privileged services at and by the hospitals/nursing homes and nor does it guarantee cashless treatment at all the hospitals/nursing homes unless belonging to our network of providers. All the hospitals and nursing homes belonging to the network of providers are subject to additions and deletions without prior intimation to the beneficiaries and the provider network.

Cashless treatment will not be provided only on the basis of TTK Health Card, but requires prior authorization by the of TTK Healthcare Services in the form of authority letter unless in the cases of emergency. Admission to the provider network will be governed by the rules and regulations prevailing in the concerned hospital/nursing home.

Beneficiary Guidelines:

The guidelines provided are for your information only. The benefits terms, conditions, exclusions, limitations and claims, procedure etc are as per your policy conditions. In case of any dispute, the interpretation and decisions by the Insurer/ Payer are final.
