This has been possible as a result of our tie-up with CMC Vellore which is one of the most reputed institutions in the field of healthcare. Now, all you have to do is enter your queries and leading specialist doctors from CMC Vellore will answer your queries.
To access this facility all you have to do is fill up the query form and attach all the relevant documents. While filling the query, please do remember to fill your TTK ID number/policy number, name and email address carefully as this is vital for us to validate your identity and respond to you. The response to these queries will be sent to the email ID as entered by you in the form.
On receipt of the fully completed form along with all supporting documents, your query will be answered within four working days
This service is provide by TTK Healthcare Services free of cost and can be availed only by customers of TTK with a valid TTK health card.
Types of query:
There are two types of query for which you can get assistance.
1. General Query
2. Special Query/Second Opinion
o In General Query you can get answers for general health problems which are of concern to you. Please fill up the form in General Query section in full describing your health problems in detail along with your Email Id and submit it. All fields are mandatory. The response to your query will be only if all the relevant information is given. Please avoid the use of abbreviation. The information provided will be kept completely confidential.
o If you are already undergoing any kind of treatment and you wish to have a second opinion from a specialist doctor you can avail this through the Second Opinion option. Please fill up the form in full, giving complete details of all the treatment that you have undergone along with the all reports and relevant documents of the present diagnosis and submit it. We can provide a response to your query will be only if all the relevant information is given. Please avoid the use of abbreviation. The information provided will be kept completely confidential.
